Requirements: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive Experience in administrative support or similar roles preferred Attention to detail and ability to work independently Work conditions: Safety System Group offers work-from-home positions with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Sending Clearinghouse queries and verifying results Requesting and reviewing SAP letters Assisting with follow-up programs and random testing upon request Sending emails to order pre-employment drug tests for new hires Helping drivers to complete applications, Clearinghouse, and other tasks Ordering MVR and PSP, reviewing them, and sending them to the owner Creating folders on Google Drive and adding all drivers documents Checking the National Registry of Medical Examiners Sending applications to drivers, reviewing them after completion Sending previous employment verifications, reviewing them, and sending them to the owner if there are any notes Sending contracts to drivers to sign Monitoring medical card and CDL expirations, and sending reminders to drivers and owners Ordering annual MVRs (including after medical card and CDL updates) and annual Clearinghouse queries Sending training materials to drivers upon request Adding drivers to the company Excel file Assisting with audits when needed Updating active driver lists quarterly Handling driver terminations (folders, Excel, agreements, emails to delete from random pool) We train!
