American company is looking for responsible, dedicated professional with experience to join our SAFETY team.As our Safety Manager, your role will involve ensuring that our drivers and with Hours of Service regulations. Your responsibilities: -Directing, monitoring, and reviewing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DOT regulations. -Providing comprehensive safety training and orientations for new hires - Tracking and reporting weekly and monthly safety incidents and DOT violations. -Coordinating medical card and license renewals for DOT drivers. -Undertaking other tasks to enhance the overall success of the business. -Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment -Respond to safety incidents, including near misses and accidents-Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, and corrective actions -Provide safety training and education with safety regulations Requirements: -Strong analytical skills to identify safety issues and develop effective solutions Excellent communication and negotiation skills -Knowledge of English (B2-C1) -Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges-Capable of working under time pressure and in a stressful environment -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing and data analysis -Experience in developing and implementing safety programs will be a benefit We Offer: - Salary start $600, depending on the candidates skills and experience. - Friendly atmosphere in a growing, young and dynamic team- Trainings and development opportunities - We offer 2 weeks of training and support for all new employees. - Bonuses program and social package If you meet the requirements listed above and are ready to take on the challenge of being our Safety Manager, we encourage you to apply your CV at info.roadtex@gmail.com
