We are actively seeking an Accounting Associate with experience to help us maintain accurate financial records in our trucking company.
Requirements:
- Transportation billing/invoicing experience
- Keen attention to detail
- Multi-tasking and computer skills
- Excellent communication in English (Romanian and Russian are a plus)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Organized, innovative, positive, and motivated
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable/payable, invoice factoring, and statement prep
- Collaborate across departments for accuracy
- Maintain strong relationships with drivers and associates
- Handle and organize paperwork
Details:
Salary: from $600 up to $1200 per month
Hours: 15:00 - 00:00 (Mon-Fri)
Location: Chisinau Office
