Freelance recruiter

Staff Power Rent is a labor agency in Estonia and were looking for freelance recruiters. We mainly deal with manual labor, eg welders, CNC operators, carpenters, etc. Your tasks will be: 1. Searching for the right candidates according to our job descriptions. (Who are willing to relocate to Estonia) 2. Creating a CV/resume for the candidates. 3. Youll be the contact person for the workers you found. Salary: There's a finder's fee if your candidate passes the trial day and the second part of the fee if your candidate is still working there by the end of the month. (50€-150€) You'll get an hourly bonus per candidate's worked hours from the second month. (0.20€-0.35€/h) Example: you find us a CNC operator, he passes the trial day and starts working with our customer, you'll get a 50€ payment. If he's still working by the end of the month, you'll get paid another 100€. The next month he worked 200 hours, 200x0.30€=60€ payment. This is a remote job.
