Truck Dispatcher

We are currently seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team. We value dedication and responsibility and are looking for the following qualifications: - Previous experience primarily as a reefer dispatcher is a must (at least 1 year) - English level B2+ - Great negotiating, organizational and communication skills - Extensive knowledge of freight trucking market trends and rates - Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, etc. - Ability to work under pressure, multitask, provide solutions in non-standard situations What we offer: - Commission-based salary (starting from $1500) - 6 trucks available from the start - Friendly and supportive team - Monday-Friday 14:30 – 00:00 We are a small but strong company that values work-life balance and efficiency.
