Work legal and pay taxes. - Must have at least 1 year of experience in the field. - Must be able to use different platforms, methods and tools to identify the best truck driver candidates - Must be able to learn about the needs of our company and match it to well-qualified drivers. - Must be mindful of the needs of both drivers and our company to ensure a good fit. - Must have an in-depth understanding of the truck-driving industry.
