Afterhours [track and trace] specialist needed!!!

We are Looking for 2 After-hours Candidates with US experience in Logistics, Night Shift [Track and Trace] . Work in House MON -FRI: 00AM - 9 AM [MD Time] Duties include: --Tracking and Monitoring: Utilizing tracking systems and software to monitor the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to customers --Communicate with brokers for location updates, ETA, and loading/unloading status. -- Communication: Maintaining regular contact with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and address any issues that may arise during transit. -- All Related Documentation Must be collected/double checked and forwarded to Costumers/Broker. -- Strong English proficiency with excellent communication skills. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage challenges. -- English is a must.
