Key Responsibilities: Driver Recruitment Ability to recruit drivers with the qualifying skills for the available positions. Social Media Management Maintaining an active presence on social media platforms and other websites to attract potential candidates. Negotiate Pay Rates Being able to negotiate the pay rates based on the driver's driving record and experience Discussing hiring decisions with our Safety and Compliance department. Navigating through applications and holding initial interviews. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. Strong communication skills, active listening abilities, relationship-building skills, time management, adaptability, attention to detail, critical thinking, negotiation skills, and patience. Advanced level of English proficiency.
